Role taking:
UX Designer
Mount Zhongnan rural B&B experience design under the background of new retail.
Aimed at tourists who come to experience the famous cultural mountain Mount Zhongnan. This project creates a scene for B&B under new retail and connects cultural experience, specialty trading with accommodation.
On the basis of B&B reservation, we provide core functions such as activity reservation and specialty purchase.
Background
Receiving millions tourists per year, the colorful religious culture and historical origins of Mount Zhongnan have created design opportunities for goods and activities related to folk culture centered on accommodation.

Research Objective

Build Mount Zhongnan rural experience platform, attract the cooperation between B&B and retailers, and create a passenger-centred retail experience scene. It integrates catering reservation, retail and cultural experience to realize a seamless connection between experience and consumption in accommodation and play.

Conclusion
Provide B&B, create retail scene and enhance B&B centered cultural experience. Constructing online multiscene can provide service for accommodation, activity and commodity purchase for tourists.
User Research
For the tourists who come to Mount Zhongnan for in-depth experience tourism,selecting samples of different ages, using the methods of observation, interview and questionnaire survey to conduct on the core issues.

In order to determine the user portraits, a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed and 143 were valid.
Conclusion
The consumption scenarios of users is deeply diversified and personalized. The young and women are the main force of consumption, looking forward to launch more situational services. Demands for short distance travel and shopping increases as well.
